As soon as possible. My calendar gets filled very quickly. To avoid disappointment, book months in advance. I work with date reservations only.
Small order: 7 business days.
Medium order: 10 business days.
Large order: 15 business days.
Unfortunately, booking dates without payment sometimes results in customers backing out of orders. Reserving a date means rejecting other possible customers when my calendar is full, resulting in losses if customers don't honour bookings.
Make a date reservation. A date reservation ensures your order is on my calendar. We can discuss the final details of the order closer to the time.
The date reservation fee is R250. Without the date reservation fee, no order has been placed, and no date has been reserved. This is non-refundable. The payment will be deducted from your final invoice once all the particulars of the order have been discussed (meaning it is very similar to a deposit).
Absolutely, but I usually have to work after hours and very often right through the night to complete them. Therefore, I charge a 20% late fee.
If you made a date reservation months in advance, I will send you a final deposit invoice 7-14 days before your collection date. 60% deposit is required for baking to commence. If your order is placed 14 days before your collection date, you will only have to pay the deposit or full payment.
Baked goods are custom-made for special occasions. If a customer backs out of an order, I cannot resell the goods, and they end up being discarded, resulting in a loss.
